Terms of Service

Welcome to Settlecoast, a strategy board game about gathering, trading, and building an island home.

Settlecoast is provided by DESIGNCODE IO PTE. LTD., Singapore. These terms apply when you use the game and its account services. For questions, contact shadownessguy@gmail.com.

Playing and accounts

You may use the game for personal play. Optional accounts let you sign in and back up islands. Keep your sign-in access secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the information and player names you submit.

Fair use

Do not disrupt the service, exploit vulnerabilities, access another player's private information, impersonate others, or use the game for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms.

Game saves and availability

The game is under active development. Features and availability may change, and interruptions or errors can occur. Local saves depend on your browser storage; clearing it can remove progress. Cloud backups are optional and must be created from the account screen. Keep local copies of games you want to preserve.

Paid features

Purchases are not open in this preview. Displayed membership plans describe planned paid access. When checkout is available, the price, payment frequency, included features, and applicable purchase terms will be shown before you pay. No purchase is required to use the current guest-play options.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how accounts and game data are handled. Optional sign-in, hosting, email delivery, and payment services are provided by third parties, and their own terms may also apply to your use of those services.

Contact and changes

You can stop using Settlecoast at any time. To request deletion of your account, contact us using the email above. We will publish changes to these terms on this page with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
